As principal and co-founder of the ELI Group, Christina D. Williams, Ph.D. helps senior executives develop the leadership skills and qualities to put them on the path to success within their organizations. She is a recognized expert in leadership development and organizational effectiveness
With an innate ability to build trust with the clients she serves, Dr. Williams has a proven track-record in working with senior executives through executive coaching, succession planning, senior team development, and organizational change management. With her global perspective in a wide variety of industries, she has worked with executives within aviation, aerospace defense, construction, electric utilities, healthcare, manufacturing, and retail.
Prior to co-founding the ELI Group, she was Managing Director for RHR International and worked extensively in the areas of leadership assessment, selection and development. Dr. Williams has also worked as a corporate psychologist for Kaiser Permanente and served on the faculty of San Francisco State University teaching courses in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Leadership Selection & Assessment.
Dr. Williams received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. She received her Master's degree and Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of California at Berkeley.
