Core Elements
• Content Focus Modules on Talent, Influence,
Language, Trends designed to stimulate discussion
on strategic leadership issues for experienced
professionals
- Day One of each module focuses on the
individual and her own style of leadership
- Day Two focuses on helping the individual
apply her skills within the organization as she
mentors, develops, and leads others
• Peer Learning allows the participant to learn not only
from the Content Module leaders but also from new
peer relationships with colleagues representing diverse
companies and industries
• Individual Coaching allows each participant to focus
on her own specific organization and team issues and
assists her in applying the learning from the modules to
her own unique organizational context
Who Should Attend?
Women’s Leadership Lab is designed for mid-to-senior level women who want to develop and enhance their
organizational impact.
When
The Women’s Leadership Lab will launch in January with a kick-off gathering. 2-day content modules will be held in February, May, August, and November.
Individual coaching meetings will occur in March, June, September, and December.

Program Fee
$15,000 per participant. This includes all content
modules, individual assessments, and one-on-one coaching.
