Andrea B. Mayfield

Andrea has proven skills in organization and leadership development. She serves as an executive coach, builds high potential leadership development programs and supports talent management efforts in a wide variety of large companies and industries. Andrea co-authored The Thin Book of® Naming Elephants which was written to illustrate the need for organizations to create candid dialogue which leverages good ideas and airs bad news. She provides consulting, keynotes, and workshops on leadership impact, organizational culture and building a collaborative workplace.

Her 20+ years of professional experience was developed through internal consulting work at NASA, Mary Kay Cosmetics and American Airlines and external consulting projects since 2001. Andrea has an Organization Development Certificate (Georgetown University), a M.A. in Community Counseling (University of Maryland) and a B.A. in Psychology (Dickinson College). Andrea serves on the Advisory Council for Master of Science in Human Resource Management, at the University of Texas at Arlington and she directs the DFW OD Forum which is designed to stimulate and invigorate organization development exposure and thinking for seasoned professionals.

 Christina D. Williams, Ph.D.

Dr. Christina D. Williams has been helping organizations function more effectively for over fifteen years. She consults to senior executives in accelerating business strategies through executive coaching, succession planning, senior team development, and organizational change management. She has experience in a wide array of industries including manufacturing, retail, healthcare, high tech, energy / electric utilities, law enforcement, and government agencies. She works with organizations ranging from small entrepreneurial firms to large Fortune 500 companies.

Dr. Williams received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. She received her Master's degree and Ph.D. in Industrial / Organizational Psychology from the University of California at Berkeley. She is a licensed psychologist in the state of Texas and is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She has served on Advisory Boards for The Nature Conservancy of North Texas and the University of Texas at Dallas Executive Education Program.
