CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY

We believe in the importance of giving back to the community and encouraging the shared learning of strong women leaders in all types of organizations - corporations, government agencies, academia, and not-for-profits. As a result, we commit to providing scholarships to select not-for-profit organizations so that their leaders may attend the Leadership Lab. The following organizations have participated in the ELI Leadership Lab for Women through a scholarship:

  • The Nature Conservancy
  • Big Brothers / Big Sisters
  • Susan G. Komen for a Cure
  • Girl Scouts

"I found The Women's Leadership Lab very beneficial to me personally and professionally. Sharing experiences and getting input from women in similar positions provided me with options that I would not have formerly considered. Additionally, I developed an awareness of my management and communication style, recognizing strengths and shortcomings, enabling a stronger working relationship with team members and increasing my value. "

Big Brothers Big Sisters

"I particularly valued the opportunity to share experiences and compare notes with other senior leaders from a wide range of sectors. In several instances, I was able to ask for advice on a particularly sticky topic of current concern. The feedback I received was invaluable, not just to me personally, but to my organization as whole, as I gleaned new ideas and insights from some of the brightest minds in leading organizations. To others attending now, take advantage of that opportunity to brainstorm, compare notes, and most importantly commit to attend all the sessions! I gained knowledge and energy from each module."
